Global Business Support Manager/Controller
LEO Pharma is looking for an ambitious, experienced and goal oriented Global Business Support Manager. The position will report to the Global Business Unit Director of a newly created business unit responsible for global marketing & sales of well established products within cardiovascular and antibiotics. The global turnover of the business unit is about 90 MEUR. The position is based in Malmö, Sweden, but up to 50 days of travel per year could be required.
The job as Global Business Support Manager is broad in scope, but the main responsibility areas are to:
- Develop and maintain a strong reporting system consolidating the most important KPIs and other business parameters for the GBU’s markets.
- Coordinate and reconcile results, budgets and forecasts from markets selling the Business Unit’s products.
- Support the development of knowledge sharing systems as regards Business Intelligence and Market Research.
- Facilitate Business Development through the development of analyses outlining financial and risk aspects of different options.
- Partake in Business Reviews and manage projects and tasks assigned to you by the GBU Director.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in business administration with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant, preferably international, work experience. You have excellent English proficiency and you are able to successfully interact with people from different scientific and cultural backgrounds. Work experience from outside of Scandinavia is considered a definite plus. In addition, it is important that you:
- Can communicate your findings in a logical, brief and understandable way.
- Are reliable and pride yourself to deliver as promised – if possible you aim to exceed the expectations.
- Are open-minded, curious and you want to know more – yet you do not get carried away by insignificant details.
- Have a well-developed situational awareness, which allows you to collect informationfrom all parts of the organisation in a diplomatic, effective and polite way.
- Are service-minded, have a sense of humour and can stay calm also when things get a bit hectic.
