Product Manager, Denmark and Sweden – Coagulation

LEO Pharma seeks a passionate Product Manager to strengthen our successful coagulation team. This is your opportunity to join an independent research based pharmaceutical company and work with a strategic product within the LEO Pharma portfolio. The Danish/Swedish affiliate of LEO Pharma is situated in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Business Unit Manager Coagulation and work closely together with our two present Product Managers, the Sales Manager and our Key Account Managers in both Denmark and Sweden. You will be responsible for various marketing activities such as:

• Development of marketing plans

• Forecasts and budgets

• Development of promotional materials

• Contact with advertising- and PR agencies

• Contact with key customers

• Responsibility for our participation in national and international meetings

• Co-visits with our key account managers

Your qualifications
You have a masters degree in Natural Science and/or Commerce, and at least 3 years of profound experience within the pharmaceutical industry preferably within hospital sales. Experience in the Danish and Swedish markets and knowledge from tender business will be favoured. You are fluent in written and spoken English.

On a professional level, you have profound commercial and strategic knowledge and understanding, project management experience as well as excellent communication and presentation skills, and have shown your ability to work pragmatically and independently. Your analytical skills will help you identify problems and solutions, and your planning skills ensure that you meet deadlines and high quality demands in a dynamic environment. You are flexible also with respect to travelling.

On a personal level, you have a strong business mindset, are self-driven, proactive and dynamic. You are as well a strong team player.
